Rental Terms & Conditions
- Cleanliness: Please keep the studio clean and use only indoor shoes or go barefoot—no street shoes allowed.
- Equipment Use: Use the facilities responsibly—do not adjust equipment settings without permission.
- Damage Policy: Charges for damage to the floor can range from SGD 100 to SGD 10,000, depending on the extent and nature of the damage. This range ensures coverage for extensive repairs, but most issues will be resolved at a lower cost. We aim for a fair assessment based on the actual damage incurred.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 24 hours and the full rental fee is forfeited. Cancel within 48 hours and 50% of the total amount will be charged.

- Right to Cancel: Charlotte Marn School of Dance Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel bookings if T&Cs are not followed.
